How do you book activities?

We have a whole host of activites some of which are free and walk up and some which are paid for and booked in advance. 30 days before your stay we’ll send you a link to book your paid for activities. We’ll also provide a handy activity schedule to help plan your days.

Keep an eye on our social channels and make sure you’re signed up to our newsletters for when we announce our 2022 activity schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

If things change and we’re unable to go ahead, you’re contacted by NHS Test and Trace and told to self-isolate, or you test positive for Covid-19 you’ll be able to get a refund for your booking. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

How do your deposits work?

You can secure your holiday now with a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 28 days before you travel.

What time is check-in/ out?

We’re reviewing our check in times and procedure for our 2022 season and will be announcing these soon.

For reference, check in was from 3pm and check out by 10am in 2021.

Are your toilets portable?

Yes they are, but clean portable toilets not scary ones! Your private portable toilet will be located alongside your tent. All toilets come with hand sanitizer and a chemical flush. We also have handwashing sinks across the campsite.

What are the showers like?

We are using portable shower blocks, which you may have seen in Glamping campsites at UK festivals. Your shower will have hot water, and space to get changed.

All of our showers will be cleaned regularly and meet Covid-19 guidelines.

Do you accept group bookings?

Yes we do! You can choose from a group of 2, 3 or 4 tents. We are currently reviewing the way you can book groups online so if you’d like to camp together you can book separately and then email us on with your booking refs and we’ll make this happen for you.

Please note, we can only accept group bookings for the same tent types. For instance, we are unable to group a Standard and a Classic bell tent in the same group.


What is the phone signal like?

As we’re in a lovely rural setting, phone signal is limited. However, guests can take advantage of our wi-fi hubs available across the site, if you don’t fancy a digital detox.

Can I park my car next to my tent?

We’re afraid not – all cars must be parked in our car park.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, you can! Dogs are very welcome at Cloud Nine Glamping. You’ll be able to add a dog to your booking once payment has been taken for your tent. We do ask that you follow a the below rules:

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead
  • Dogs must not be left unattended inside our glamping tents
  • We accept a maximum of 2 dogs per booking
  • A £40 surcharge per dog will be payable at booking
  • All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming, flea & tick treatments.
  • A couple of days before your stay, we will send you an email with a link to complete a short dog information form.
  • Dogs must be chipped and to have identifying information on their collar including owner’s name, phone number and dog’s name
Do children need to be supervised whilst on site?

Please note: all parents must be supervised by a responsible child

Do you provide communal cooking / washing up facilities?

We have a number of areas across the campsite with washing up facilities, microwaves and kettles.

Will drinking water be provided?

Yes, there will be drinking water taps throughout the campsite and Luxury Bell Tents and Two Bedroom Luxury Bell Tents have their own water jugs for collecting water.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink, including alcohol, for personal use.

Can I bring my own cooking stove or BBQ?

BBQs and cooking stoves are allowed for personal use. Campfires are not allowed but some of our accommodation options come with firepits. Please ensure BBQs are raised to avoid burning our grass.

Please note, no stoves or BBQ’s are permitted to be used inside a tent.

Will my tent have power

If you are staying in a Classic or Standard Bell Tent these do not come with a power supply. If this is something you’d like to have we suggest you bring your own battery pack – or enjoy the digital detox! If you need to use a hairdryer or straighteners you can use our on site pamper tent which has full length mirrors and sockets to plug in (you will need to bring your own hairdryer / straighteners).

If you are stating in a luxury bell tent and above these include power supply and sockets.

Are there fridges?

Yes, we will have some fridges available where guests can keep milk and small items. These fridges are located centrally and not within your tent.

Please refrain from bringing plug in cool boxes as they impact the power in tents and can damage the power in the tent.

Is food available all day?

Our street food vendors will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8am – 9pm every day.

Sorry, we are a glamping only site. We don’t allow tents to be put up or offer camping pitches.

Do you accommodate stag/hen parties?

In order to ensure a relaxing stay for all of our guests, we’re not able to host stag or hen parties.
