Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“the Conditions”) govern all offers and agreements regarding the rental of all accommodations and admission to Cloud Nine Fields (“the Site”) and should be read in accordance with the site rules (“Site Rules”) and the conditions of the official Booking Engine or Online Travel Agent of which the accommodation has been booked. All accommodations are rented by BD Events Ltd trading as Cloud Nine Fields.

Any person who books accommodation at Cloud Nine Fields is to be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Conditions. In the case of any conflict or ambiguity between these Conditions and the Site Rules these Conditions will prevail.

These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no party shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking, made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to these Conditions which is not already set out in these Conditions.

Accommodation rental  

  1. You must be aged 25 or over to rent accommodation at Cloud Nine Fields. Accommodation may only be booked through cloudnineglamping.com or authorised third-parties (whose details are listed on cloudnineglamping.com). Any accommodation rentals booked via unauthorised parties shall be void and Cloud Nine Fields will not be liable for any compensation or refunds.

  2. All guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 25 at all times.

  3. Cloud Nine Fields reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time

  4. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made by businesses, traders or persons acting on their behalf who intend to resell their bookings.

  5. The nominated payment card or bank account used to purchase your accommodation rental must be registered in the name and address of the lead booker. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings in breach of this condition.

  6. It is the lead bookers responsibility to check your booking confirmation and inform us of any inaccuracies; mistakes cannot always be rectified. We cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in any documentation within 5 days of purchase.

  7. We do not expect to have to make changes to your booking, however sometimes problems arise and bookings have to be changed or cancelled. We will only change or cancel your booking:
    7.1. If it is necessary to complete essential remedial work or accommodation repairs at the Site on the grounds of health and safety.
    7.2. For other reasons unforeseen at the time you made your booking which are beyond our reasonable control. This may include occasions where the accommodation becomes inaccessible due to severe weather events or circumstances arising from Covid-19.
    7.3. If we do need to change or cancel your booking for the reasons set out in clause 7.1 we will do our best to offer you a suitable alternative booking. If we are not able to offer you a suitable alternative, or if you do not accept the alternative we offer, the booking will be deemed cancelled and we will refund you the total amount you have paid us for the booking.

  8. Unless agreed in writing with us, accommodation rentals cannot be transferred to any other party. If you transfer your accommodation rental and do not have an agreement with us, you will be liable to any additional onsite spend or charges, including but not limited to damage.

  9. Only those people named on your booking confirmation can use the accommodation (or other service) arranged by us. You are not permitted to share accommodation with anyone else other than those on your booking.

  10. The lead booker and all guests:
    10.1. undertake not to tamper with the structure or any part of the rented accommodation;
    10.2. undertake not to use any heating, cooking or other gas or electrical appliances within the rented accommodation;
    10.3. undertake to not smoke within the accommodation;
    10.4. undertake to abide by local regulations (including those relating to noise);

Bookings & Cancellations

  1. Bookings can be secured with a deposit payment of 30% of the total booking value.

  2. Balance payments must be made no later than 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay by this deadline surrenders the booking reservation and the 30% deposit will be retained by Cloud Nine Fields.

  3. Bookings can be cancelled at any time but will be subject to the following cancellation charges:
    3.1. If cancelled with 28 days or more notice prior to the accommodation period Cloud Nine will retain 30% of the total value of the booking;
    3.2. If cancelled with 21 days notice prior to the accommodation period Cloud Nine will retain 50% of the total value of the booking;
    3.3. If cancelled with 14 days notice prior to the accommodation period Cloud Nine will retain 75% of the total value of the booking;
    3.4. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice prior to the accommodation period Cloud Nine will retain 100% of the total value of the booking;

  4. Accommodation rentals at the Site are only fully refundable in the following circumstances:
    4.1. Cloud Nine Fields is unable  specifically over the period of your booking;
    4.2. You (or a member of your party) are contacted by NHS Track and Trace and advised you must self-isolate;
    4.3. You (or a member of your party) have tested positive for Covid-19 prior to the commencement of your booking and are required to self-isolate;
    4.4. We reserve the right to request evidence of contact from NHS Track and Trace or a positive test result for Covid-19; or
    4.5. We have the right to cancel your booking or to instruct yourself and your party to leave the Site without compensation or refund should you or a member of your party breach the terms of this agreement or our Site Rules, in particular our Site Rules relating to behaviour and conduct.


  1. The price includes use of the accommodation for the maximum number of guests we indicate at the time of booking.

  2. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our rates and vary our packages as we see fit. This will not affect the rate paid by you at the time of booking.

  3. All prices include VAT.


  1. We will not limit our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability which we cannot limit as a matter of law.

  2. You understand and accept that all guests use the accommodation and facilities at Cloud Nine Fields at their own risk.

  3. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that Cloud Nine Fields is secure, however you are advised not to bring any valuables on site and to look after your possessions at all times.  We cannot be responsible for any theft, loss or damage to any of your possessions you bring to Cloud Nine Fields. We do not provide a secure locker service.

  4. While we will take reasonable steps to establish a safe environment, it may not be suitable for all. It is your responsibility to determine whether Cloud Nine Fields is suitable for any children under the age of 18 who accompany you to Cloud Nine Fields.

  5. In the light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, you understand that there are particular risks associated with attending any gathering or campsite.  Whilst we will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of Covid-19 at Cloud Nine Fields, we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other guests or attendees. Accordingly, we will not be responsible for any illness or death of any guests caused by Covid-19.

  6. We ask that you follow all guidelines notified by us to you to help us to reduce the spread of Covid-19 amongst guests. In order to assist us in reducing the risk of contracting Covid-19, we ask that you:

    a. comply with our Site Rules and any Government guidance in this regard;
    b. do not enter the Site if*:
    i.     you have tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of the commencement of your rental;
    ii.     you display any symptoms of Covid-19 upon commencement of your rental;
    iii.     you live with somebody who displays symptoms of Covid-19 or who has tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of the commencement of your rental; or
    iv.     you are otherwise required to self-isolate.

     *note that where there is a conflict between any of the provisions in this paragraph  and any updated government guidelines, the updated government guidelines will apply (where they are stricter than the provisions set out above;

    c. download and use the government’s official Covid-19 tracing app or provide your contact details to a member of staff if directed to do so upon entering the Site for the purpose of notifying you where you may have come into contact with somebody who has tested positive for Covid-19;

    d. you notify us if you test positive for Covid-19 after attending Cloud Nine Fields so that we can notify attendees who may have come into contact with you whilst on site.

  7. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any car parks provided by us are appropriate for Cloud Nine Fields guests, however you are responsible for assessing the suitability of any such car park for your vehicle and for accessing and egressing the car park.

  8. We will not be liable whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

  9. Our total liability to you under or in connection with Cloud Nine Fields will not exceed an amount equivalent to the accommodation rental fee paid by you to us at the date any claim or action arises.

  10. If you or one of your party tests positive or has Covid-19 symptoms whilst staying at Cloud Nine Glamping:You’ll need to notify a member of the Cloud Nine team immediately, who will then take this person to our quarantine zone.

    The person who has tested positive will be instructed to wear a face mask at all times and should maintain social distancing wherever possible.

    The person who has tested positive is to go straight home and self-isolate and contact 119 as soon as possible for advice (which is when a PCR test can be arranged). The positive case and those impacted must be instructed to self-isolate for 10 days from the date of onset of symptoms or test date (whichever is later) and until a negative test result is returned. We ask that you notify the team of your PCR test result once vacated the site.

    Those that have been in immediate contact with the positive case will need to be identified and are also required to leave site. Immediate contacts include any persons the positive case:

    is in a relationship with

    lives in the same household as

    shared a vehicle with

    shared a tent with

    If an immediate contact is in doubt we will ask you to take a lateral flow test as a requirement to remain on site. If you test negative, you will be permitted to return to the campsite.

    A friend should be asked to collect the belongings of the positive case and deposit them at the quarantine zone. Where this is not possible, security will escort the person to collect their belongings.

Check in/Check out 

  1. In order to facilitate social distancing measures, guests must let us know their expected arrival time. We reserve the right to amend our check-in times and check-in procedures for safety reasons and to align with any changes to government guidelines on social distancing. If you will be late to arrive for any reason, you must contact us via the contact details provided in your pre-arrival email, which will be sent to you no later than 48 hours before your arrival date.

  2. Your accommodation must be vacated by 10am on your departure date.


  1.  Activities provided by third-parties may have their own terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and agree to these terms prior to undertaking the relevant activity. Engaging in such activities will be deemed to be an acceptance of those terms and conditions.
  2. You engage in such activities at your own risk. We shall not accept any liability for any loss or injury sustained during such activities, unless such loss or injury arises directly as a result of our negligence.
  3. All activities are strictly subject to availability.
  4. Advertised activities may change in nature and extent.
  5. Some activities are walk-up whilst others provide pre-booking. Some activities require payment whilst others are free of charge. Pre-bookings can be made in advance via our online booking system or in person at the campsite.
  6. Some activities have limited capacities. Please be mindful of this so as to manage your own expectations. We will not be held liable in the instance an activity is sold out.
  7. Activity bookings can be amended or refunded up to 48 hours before the commencement of the activity after which time activities become non-refundable.
  8. Guests will be able to cancel booked activities up to 48 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
  9. Guests cancelling booked activities after 48 hours will pay in full for activities.
  10. If any booked activities are cancelled by us due to reasons of force majeure (including, for example, inclement weather), you will receive a full refund in respect of such booked activities.

Media and Recordings

  1. Photographs or any other recordings of sound or images taken by a guest at Cloud Nine Fields may be used for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes only.

  2. Each guest:
    2.1. acknowledges that he/she is likely to be recorded and the resulting content publicly disseminated across a range of media;
    2.2. acknowledges that Cloud Nine Fields and/or security staff may carry out filming for the security of guests and the prevention of crime;
    2.3. agrees that perpetual use may be made, free of charge, of his/her voice, image and likeness captured whilst present at Cloud Nine Fields (by means of live or recorded video display, broadcast, transmission or other dissemination or recording, photographs or any other current and/or future media technologies) and waives, on an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual basis, all rights to object to such recording and the broadcasting, transmission or other dissemination thereof in any current and/or future media technologies;
    2.4. acknowledges and agrees that we are the sole legal and beneficial owner of the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of any nature whatsoever in and to any recordings of sound or images taken within Cloud Nine Fields (including future rights to such recordings or to any works derived from such recordings) and waives, on an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual basis, all rights (including moral rights) in and to any such recordings; and
    2.5. hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grants to us a perpetual, exclusive, freely assignable and royalty-free licence to use, adapt, distribute and/or exploit, by any means and in any current and/or future form or type of media or format, any recordings taken by the guest within Cloud Nine Fields in breach of these Conditions.

Data Protection

  1. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the collection, use and insertion into a database on our behalf of personal information provided by you and any other member of your party for the purposes of the implementation of these Conditions subject to applicable law, including for administration, communication, enforcement and access control purposes. We may share such information with third parties as may be generally and reasonably required for the proper and efficient rendering of services.

  2. To the extent permitted by law and with your consent, personal information provided by you to us will be used for all purposes reasonably connected with the operations of the services provided including (but not limited to): providing you with details of forthcoming connected events, offers and services; providing you with updates as to the latest concessions or any changes thereto and information concerning competitions and other promotional activity, supplying you with the goods that you request or in which we reasonably believe you may be interested; conducting market research and establishing customer profiles; and transferring or disclosing the information provided to our professional advisers and such other parties as we consider necessary in the administration of our business. We will not use or disclose your personal information other than as set out in these Conditions without your prior consent. If you have any queries about this, please write to us at hello@cloudnineglamping.com. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from such marketing communications when you place your order and you can unsubscribe from any email communications you receive from us by following the unsubscribe link. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss, theft, or accidental destruction of any personal information provided by you or any financial or other loss or damage which may result, directly or indirectly therefrom.


  1. We reserve the right to make amendments to these Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion (including, without limitation, by amending or supplementing the Site Rules).  A full copy of the latest version of the Conditions (as amended, if appropriate) will be available at https://www.cloudnineglamping.com/terms-and-conditions. We shall notify you of such changes by email if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.


  1. We strive to ensure that your experience at Cloud Nine Fields is of the highest standard, however if you have any problems with your accommodation or experience at Cloud Nine these should be raised immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve it.

  2. If you have an unresolved complaint at the end of your stay please contact hello@cloudnineglamping.com

  3. Any complaint after the event must be raised within 14 days of your check-out.

competition terms & conditions

These are the terms and conditions which apply to any competition, prize draw or promotion which we or our promotion partners may run, whether on our or their websites, social media platforms, on-air or otherwise (‘Promotion’).

By entering a Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any other Specific Rules which relate to a Promotion. Specific Rules might include entry instructions and any other specific details, rules or conditions relating to a particular Promotion, and might be published on our or our promotion partners’ website, social media platforms, or may be found in any other media which features a Promotion.  The Specific Rules will usually (but may not always) refer to these terms and conditions.

In these terms and conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘Promoter’ all mean BD Events Ltd. Our address is 37 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9HN. Our ‘promotion partners’ are third parties who operate promotions with us or on our behalf – they will be named in the Specific Rules.

Start and end date/time

Each Promotion will start immediately (i.e. as soon as it is first promoted), unless a later start date/time is specified. The closing date/time for a Promotion will be made clear in the Specific Rules or the relevant promotional materials.  All times will be based on UK time.

Entering a Promotion

Each Promotion will be open to individuals who are UK resident and aged 18 or over unless the Specific Rules or other promotional materials or announcements specify a different geographic region or a different minimum age.

In any event, our employees, agencies, freelancers, contractors (and those of any of our promotion partners, associated companies or prize providers) and their immediate family members or households (whether related or not), and anyone else professionally involved with the relevant Promotion, are excluded from entering and from winning (‘Excluded Individual(s)’).

To enter, follow the entry process for the relevant Promotion, which will usually be explained in the Specific Rules and/or promotional materials or announcements.

You may only make a maximum of one entry into each Promotion (unless the Specific Rules for a particular Promotion expressly set a higher maximum number of entries for that Promotion).

There is no charge to enter a Promotion. However, if entry is made via text message, MMS or telephone call, your network provider will usually charge according to their standard rate or deduct it from your allowance. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode; be aware that shotcodes change from Promotion to Promotion.  In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.

If entry involves a live call in, ensure you answer your telephone when we phone you. If you fail to do so, or if the call becomes disconnected or you are not audible for any reason beyond our control (including, but not only, low/no signal on your device, or a call being dropped by any network, etc.) before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified, and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion.

For any on-air Promotions, all timings including the closing time are as broadcast on the relevant station’s FM broadcast frequency. If you are listening via an IP enabled device such as a smartphone or tablet, please remember that the stream can be slightly behind the FM broadcast due to differences in network speeds and/or the advertising we may serve to listeners on IP enabled devices and other factors. If a Promotion requires you to enter by a deadline dependent on an item in the broadcast (e.g. by the end of a song) we cannot take into account any delay from listening via an IP enabled device and the deadline will be as on the FM broadcast. For podcasts and non-live broadcasts, note that the deadline will probably have passed, so check before entering.

Winner selection/notification

For each Promotion, there will be only one grand prize winner unless otherwise specified.

Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Rules:

In the case of a prize draw, winner(s) will be selected at random. This will be done by an automated process or a process which will be conducted or supervised by an independent person, or as otherwise mentioned in the Specific Rules.

In the case of a competition, winner(s) will either be selected by (a) an independent judge or (b) a panel of judges which includes at least one independent judge.

If you win a prize, we will notify you within fourteen (14) days of the end date of the Promotion. To claim the prize, respond to the notification within the deadline set out in the Specific Rules or the notification (or within 28 days if no timeframe is set in the Specific Rules or the notification) and follow the instructions which will be provided to you.


The prize or prizes will be as described in the relevant Specific Rules.  Imagery may be for illustrative purposes only, and colours and other minor details may vary.

Each prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

If we consider it necessary or appropriate, a prize or prizes (or part thereof) might be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative which will be decided in our sole discretion.

If you fail to claim the prize within the time-limit or fail to comply with any other instructions or time-limits notified to you or provide us with incorrect or fraudulent information, you will forfeit your right to the prize. We will then select an alternative winner. You’ll need proof of your ID to claim a prize – in relation to on-air Promotions, this may include proof that your voice matches that of the relevant entrant/winner.

You will not be entitled to receive a prize which, for any reason, you would be prohibited by law from purchasing, using, owning or possessing.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions or prizes.

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of a prize where applicable.  For example, where the Prize contains ticket(s) to an event, you and any guest or travel companion will not only be bound by these terms and conditions and the relevant Specific Rules, but also the event organizer and venue owner’s rules and any terms and conditions set out on the ticket.

Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules, you may not win more than one prize per Promotion and we reserve the right to withhold or reclaim any second or subsequent prize.

Additional terms relating specifically to prizes involving a holiday

Prizes involving a holiday (‘Holiday Prizes’) are subject to availability and must be taken in accordance with all requirements specified by us, such as dates, destinations, carriers and number of passengers. Blackout periods may apply, including public holidays either in the UK or the destination country.

Unless the Specific Rules state otherwise, you will be responsible for all ancillary expenses in relation to the prize which aren’t expressly included. So, the cost of food, drinks, taxis/transfers, gratuities and so on will not be included unless they are expressly included in the prize description. You must ensure that you have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitments which you may incur in connection with the prize beyond those which are included as part of the prize (including transfers to and from the UK airport, meals and drinks). You must not commit us to any costs or expenses without our prior written consent (which we are not obliged to give) and will remain liable for such costs if you attempt to do so.

You will be responsible for any inoculation and other health or visa requirements for your holiday destination.

You must hold a valid passport, which will not expire within 6 months after the last day of the holiday, without any visa restrictions.  Some countries may deny entry if you have a criminal conviction or if you have previously been denied entry (or other reasons). Passport control and in-country authorities reserve the right to refuse entry. If you are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, we will not be held responsible for that or for any costs, expenses or losses incurred by you or your travel companion, which will be your sole responsibility. If you are not able to travel, your travel companion may also be denied access to the holiday/Holiday Prize.

All holidays must be taken within 12 months of the end date of the Promotion (unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules of agreed with us).

Holiday Prizes are not available to persons under the age of 18 unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules.  If permitted to travel, children under 18 years may only do so if accompanied by a parent or guardian (or, if we agree on a case by case basis, another responsible adult) aged 18 or over.

If insurance is offered as part of the prize, the Specific Rules will provide details of any travel insurance policy or we may provide these to you separately.  Where no insurance is expressly offered, or you do not consider the insurance to be adequate for your needs, you are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance.

You must comply with all lawful instructions and terms and conditions, including health and safety requirements and instructions, of the prize provider, the airline and other carriers, organizers, venues, partners and providers involved in the Promotion and/or the prize.

Prior to travel, you must (if we request) procure the written agreement of your guest/ travel companion to take part in the stated promotional activity.

We (including the promotion partners) will, of course, try to provide the prize as described. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control might make this difficult or impossible. For example, if a prize involves a meet and greet with a celebrity they may be unwell or their commitments may change, or if the prize involves travel or tickets to an event, weather conditions or other circumstances might mean that plans are disrupted, postponed or cancelled.  When we can’t deliver a prize as described, we will always do our best to provide you with an alternative which we consider to be a reasonable replacement in all the circumstances. We will consult with you when we do so because we don’t want you to be disappointed, but you understand that the replacement may not be identical to the original prize.

Publicity and identity of winners

If you win a prize, you (and your guest or travel companion if applicable) may be required to take part in reasonable publicity.

We and the prize provider may publish and publicize your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, and your entry, and we may refer to your and your guest’s or travel companion’s association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes.

We may carry out an interview with you and your guest/travel companion either by telephone or in person and we may film, record and/or photograph the interview and we may use such film, recording and/or photograph(s) for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity.

We will make available the name and county of major prize winners on request (if requested by a UK resident within 2 months after the closing date of the Promotion).  We may also elect to make available the winning entries in the same way (but we may elect not to do so). By entering, you agree that we may make this information and your entries available in this way.

Use of your entry

By entering a Promotion or submitting a video, image, audio file or any other materials in relation to a Promotion (including as part of the entry process or as part of a prize) or if you tag or mention us directly or indirectly in any photo, video or content in connection with the Promotion, you agree that we can re-post, re-tweet, publicise and otherwise use that photo, video or content (with or without any accompanying comments and information like your handle and profile pic). You agree that we can do that via the same platform(s) that you posted or shared the photo, video or content, as well as via other social networks and platforms that we use, and on our websites.  However, obviously we’ll never sell or charge anyone for copies of your photos, videos or other content (without your approval). And, just to be clear, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Specific Rules, you will remain the owner of the rights (e.g. copyright) in your photo, video or other content, but you agree not to use all or any of them in connection with a competitor of ours. You waive your moral rights in relation to the same.

You warrant and undertake (i.e. guarantee), that:

you own and control all of the rights in your entry, and you have the right to grant the rights set out in these terms and conditions and any Specific Rules;

you have obtained written consent from anyone featured or mentioned in your entry, and your entry (and our and any third party’s use of it) does not and will not infringe the rights of any individual or business (including any intellectual property rights, moral rights, right to privacy, confidentiality, etc.);

your entry does not violate any applicable law or regulation;

your entry does not contain anything which is indecent, untrue, defamatory, unlawful, hateful, threatening, demeaning, inappropriate, obscene, malicious or which is in contempt of court;

your entry will not cause any kind of harm or damage, and does not (to the best of your knowledge or belief) contain any virus, malware, spyware or similar.

You will sign such document as we reasonably request, at no cost to us, to confirm any or all of the above.

Unless otherwise stated, your entry will not be returned to you.

Data Protection

Your personal data, and the personal data of any guest or travel companion, will be collected and processed by us and the promotional partners named in the Specific Rules, as well as the prize providers, in order to administer this Prize Draw.

We will also use entrants’ personal data for marketing purposes where consent has been provided. Personal data may be transferred and processed outside of the EEA. Your entry or participation in Promotion and/or Prize is at your own risk. If the Promotion or prize requires that you undertake any physical activity please ensure, before entering the Promotion, that you are in good health, that you have informed us before or at the time of claiming the prize of any underlying medical condition, physical or other impairment or medication you are taking which may be relevant and which could adversely affect your use or enjoyment of the prize, or ability to claim the prize. You must notify us immediately if you become ill or become aware of any other relevant medical or health and safety information which could affect your participation in a Promotion and/or prize. If you have a disability, please make this clear to us when you claim the prize so we can consult with you well in advance of the prize and make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within our reasonable control, based on all the circumstances, to ensure that you can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.

If we consider that you or your entry are in breach of these terms and conditions, or if we have grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating a Promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry), without limiting the options available to us, we reserve the right in our sole discretion (and without us incurring any liability) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person we reasonably believe to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.  We also reserve the right to disqualify you from a Promotion and/or prize (without us incurring any liability) if in our reasonable opinion you or your guests or travel companions conduct yourselves in a way which is abusive or which exposes you or others to any medical, security, safety or similar risk whatsoever (including if you are intoxicated or abusive in any way). You agree that you will not do anything which is likely to bring us or any of our promotion partners into disrepute or which might adversely affect our reputation or the Promotion.

Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our (or any third party’s) liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, to the fullest extent permissible by law, we (and the promotion partners and any providers of a prize) (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to you and anyone else for any indirect loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotions and prizes and your use or enjoyment of them.  For example, if you book or take time off work with the intention of taking up a prize (e.g. an event) on a particular date, and the event is subsequently postponed, changed or cancelled, we would not be responsible for covering your wages or salary for your missed day of work on that day or any other day off you take. This is only one example and is not intended to limit the general interpretation of this clause.

In no event will our and/or the promotion partners’ total aggregate liability to you exceed the cost of the prize.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Specific Rules, the Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including without limitation Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube). You hereby release all such social media platforms from any liability.  Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Promotion must be directed to the Promoter only, and NOT to any social media platform.

Other rules

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any Promotion, Specific Rules and/or these terms and conditions if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control or if there has been a broadcasting or printing error, etc.  Any changes will be posted here and/or on our website.

When entering a Promotion or claiming a prize you must use your real name. You may be required to provide us with proof of your identity and eligibility on request. Failure to provide adequate information (or to adequately prove eligibility) may result in your disqualification and/or withholding or withdrawal of a prize.

No multiple, bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries will be accepted.  We will disqualify any entries which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods (including multiple entries, unless permitted) from the same IP address, telephone number, or similar.  You may not enter a Promotion if you have been given the answer(s) or any other relevant information in relation to the Promotion, directly or indirectly by any Excluded Individual.

For Promotions involving online voting, only one vote for each valid email address will be accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant making, or attempting to make, multiple votes, and to disregard any votes which we, in our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.

You agree to keep confidential any information which you know or reasonably ought to know is confidential and which relates to us, our business, the Promotion or prize.

If Specific Rules contain a rule which directly contradicts these terms and conditions, to the extent of that contradiction the Specific Rules will override these terms and conditions for that Promotion. Otherwise, these terms and conditions will continue to apply in their entirety.

In these terms and conditions, any Specific Rules and promotional materials, examples are given to help illustrate some terms, they are not exhaustive and do not limit those terms in any way.

In the event of any dispute, our and any judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

So that we can ensure the fairness of our Promotions, we reserve the right to prevent you, at our absolute discretion, from entering any of the Promotions for a period of six months (“Exclusion Period”) if you have either (A) won a prize valued at £1,000 or above, or (B) won more than one prize during the previous six months.  If we choose to exercise this right, we will notify you in writing. If you continue to enter any Promotion during the Exclusion Period, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to disregard your entry, remove prizes and impose a further exclusion period of twelve months from the date of your last entry attempt. Entry fees (if any) will not be refunded.

These terms and conditions, together with the relevant Specific Rules, represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Promotion and the prize.  The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions or any Specific Rules does not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions or any Specific Rules, which will remain in full force and effect.  These terms and conditions and the Specific Rules do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any third party.

The Promotion, and these terms and conditions, are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
